About introduction of amendments to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements"

1. Introduce in part third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, Art. 471 with subsequent changes) such changes:

paragraphs two and the fourteenth after the word "goods" to add with the word "works";

add with the paragraph of such content:

"goods, works and services which procurement is conducted by customers through the loans attracted under the state guarantees for financing of projects in the field of agricultural industry within fulfillment of requirements of the Memorandum of understanding concerning cooperation in implementation of priority projects in industry of agricultural industry".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
