About introduction of amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About the state fee" concerning rates for carrying out state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 1993 No. 7-93 "About the state fee" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 13, of Art. 113 with subsequent changes) such changes:

Article 2 to add 1) with Item 14 of such content:

"14) for state registration of the property right to real estate; for state registration of other corporeal right to real estate, burdenings of the right to real estate";

Item 6 of Article 3 to add 2) with the subitem "x" of such content:

"х) за государственную регистрацию права         7 необлагаемых налогом минимумов 
собственности на недвижимое имущество            доходов граждан
за государственную регистрацию другого           3 необлагаемых налогом минимумы 
вещного права на недвижимое имущество            доходов граждан";
