About modification and amendments in Rules of registration of ocean ships in the Republic of Moldova

In the Rules of registration of ocean ships in the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 855 of July 30, 2007. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126, of the Art. 895), to make the following changes and additions:

To add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. In the course of registration of courts responsible organizations, according to these rules, provide implementation of the international sanctions obligatory for the Republic of Moldova, owing to the fact that they are directly applied in the domestic legislation or the Republic of Moldova expressed the consent to join or are established by the Republic of Moldova.

In case of refusal in registration of the vessel based on Item 40 of these rules, the conclusion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration is not obligatory";
