1.1. Issue to subjects of managing of special permissions (licenses) for implementation of activities of commodity exchanges, holding fairs, auctions is made according to Provisional regulations for procedure for issue to the subjects of managing of special permissions (licenses) for implementation of separate types of activity approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 1991 N386 (in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 1992 N 573), taking into account the features provided by this Provision developed according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of May 4, 1993 by N278.
1.2. On each type of activity which is subject to licensing the separate license existing in all territory of the Republic of Belarus is granted.
1.3. This Provision is obligatory for all subjects of managing registered and performing the activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (except for the Ministries of Trade) *).
The subjects of managing registered outside the Republic of Belarus, but performing the activities fully or partially in its territory shall obtain licenses according to the procedure, established by this Provision.
