Article 1

Establish the sizes of official pay rates of judges as a percentage of official pay rate of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation according to appendix 7 to this Law.

The sizes of official pay rates of judges annually increase (are indexed) according to the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding year and for planning period taking into account the rate of inflation (consumer prices). The decision on increase (indexation) in the sizes of official pay rates of judges is made by the President of the Russian Federation.

Establish the sizes of salaries for qualification class of judges as a percentage of official pay rates of judges:

the ninth qualification class - 30 percent;

the eighth qualification class - 40 percent;

the seventh qualification class - 50 percent;

the sixth qualification class - 60 percent;

the fifth qualification class - 75 percent;

the fourth qualification class - 90 percent;

the third qualification class - 105 percent;

the second qualification class - 120 percent;

the first qualification class - 135 percent;

the highest qualification class - 150 percent.

Establish the amount of monthly cash encouragement of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation according to appendix 6 to this Law.

Establish the amount of monthly cash encouragement of judges according to appendix 7 to this Law.

Estimate the monthly cash encouragement of judges established by appendices 6 and 7 to this Law proceeding from official pay rates of judges. Establish the amount of monthly surcharge for long service of judges as a percentage of official pay rates of judges:

from 2 to 5 years - 15 percent;
