Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2008 N 161-FZ "About assistance to development of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 30, Art. 3617; N 49, of Art. 5723; 2009, N 19, Art. 2281; N 52, of Art. 6419; 2010, N 22, Art. 2695; N 30, of the Art. 3996, 3997; 2011, N 1, Art. 19; N 25, of Art. 3531; N 29, of Art. 4291; N 30, of the Art. 4562, 4592; N 49, of Art. 7027; 2012, N 29, Art. 3998) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) in part 3:

add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. Represents 1) according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 16.9 presents of the Federal Law, information about participants of part 5 of article 4 of this Federal Law of the auctions which evaded from the conclusion following the results of the auctions of purchase and sale agreements or lease agreements of the parcels of land of Fund or agreements of gratuitous fixed-term use by such parcels of land provided by Items 1, 1.1, 1.2 and 3 and also about persons with whom the signed purchase and sale agreements or lease agreements of the parcels of land of Fund or agreements of gratuitous fixed-term use by such parcels of land are terminated in connection with fundamental breach by specified persons of conditions of these agreements, for inclusion of these data in the register of unfair builders which conducting is provided by this Federal Law;";
