Regarding 3rd article 8 of the Federal Law of December 7, 2011 N 420-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 50, the Art. 7362) the words "since January 1, 2013" shall be replaced with words "since January 1, 2014".
Bring in article 6 of the Federal Law of December 6, 2011 N 410-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Bailiffs" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 50, Art. 7352; 2012, N 26, Art. 3441) following changes:
1) Item 1) Article 2 ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 28.12.2013 No. 388-FZ
