About introduction of amendments to articles 29 and 194 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 30, Art. 3012; 2010, N 18, Art. 2145; N 31, of the Art. 4197) following changes:

1) in Article 29:

a) in part 1:

declare Item 1 invalid;

add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) about contest of the regulatory legal acts affecting the rights and legitimate interests of the applicant in the field of business and other economic activity;";

b) recognize part 2 invalid;

The word of "court" shall be replaced with words 2) in part 7 of Article 194 "Arbitration Court or court of law".

Article 2

Subitems "b" and "g" of Item 6 of article 1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 N 228-FZ "About modification of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 31, as the Art. 4197) to recognize invalid.

Article 3

The cases on contest of regulatory legal acts specified in Item 1 of part 1 of Article 29 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and not considered on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law are considered by the courts which accepted them to production according to the rules provided by the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and existing on the date of acceptance of the corresponding cases to production.

Article 4

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
