Article 1

Bring in article 20.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 1; N 30, of Art. 3029; 2007, N 21, Art. 2456; N 26, of the Art. 3089) following changes:
