"The Bank of Russia has the right to perform banking activities and other transactions with the international organizations, foreign Central (national) Banks and other foreign legal entities when implementing activities for asset management of the Bank of Russia in foreign currency and precious metals, including gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Bank of Russia. The Bank of Russia also has the right to open and operate correspondent accounts of foreign Central (national) Banks in Russian rubles, to transfer money according to orders of foreign Central (national) Banks on their accounts.".
