Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2006 No. 890 "About establishment of procedure for determination of the amount of annual, one-time payment and payment for allocation of radio-frequency range" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 112, 5/22593; 2009, No. 248, 5/30549; 2010, No. 5, 5/30998) following changes and amendments:

1.1. Item 1 in paragraph three:
