Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Item 25 of the Regulations on continuous professional training by professions of workers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2011 No. 954 "About single questions of additional education of adults" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 86, 5/34189), to state in the following edition:
"25. By profession the established sample the corresponding certificate on the right of servicing of the specified objects is issued to the listeners who successfully passed final assessment in case of development of contents of educational programs of advanced training, retraining, professional training of working (employees) by the professions connected with conducting works on potentially dangerous objects except the certificate on assignment of the qualification category (class, category).
The procedure for issue and form of the certificate specified in part one of this Item are established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.".
2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
