expressing the aspiration to render each other development assistance of trade and economic and other bonds,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties provide each other the mode of free transit in the territory and from the territory of the states.

According to national legal systems of the Party will not carry out any distinction based on vehicle flag, origin, entrance Item - departure or appointment, and also to any other circumstances relating to accessory of loads or vehicles.

Article 2

Goods, including baggage, vehicles will be considered transit through the territories of the states of the relevant Parties when journey through such territory, with / or without overload, warehousing, change of the carrier or mode of transport, is only part of the complete transportation which is beginning and coming to an end abroad the states of the Parties through whose territory there passes transit. The message such hereinafter is referred to as in this Agreement "The transit message".

Article 3

The parties will determine possible routes of transit transportations. The goods transported along these routes will pass properly through the Items of customs control determined by each of the Parties. In these Items adequate transit and other supportive applications will be provided.

Article 4

Taxes, charges or other payments, whether it be national, local, regardless of their name or purpose, will not be levied concerning transit messages, except for payments of expenses on the transport or administrative services provided to transit messages or cost of the provided services.
