Bring in article 14 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 N 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 18; 2009, N 30, Art. 3739; 2010, N 50, Art. 6601) following changes:

"3.1. Average day earnings for calculation of maternity allowance, monthly allowance are determined by child care by division of the amount of the added earnings for the period, specified regarding 1 this Article, on number of calendar days in this period, except for the calendar days falling on the next periods:

1) periods of temporary disability, maternity leave, child care leave;

2) the period of release of the worker from work with complete or partial preserving the salary in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation if on the kept salary for this period insurance premiums in Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law "About Insurance Premiums in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund" were not charged.";
