About introduction of amendments to articles 22 and 48 of the Federal law "About the Public Civil Service of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 N 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 31, Art. 3215; 2010, N 7, Art. 704; 2011, N 50, Art. 7337) following changes:
1) Article 22 to add with part 8.1 following of content:
"8.1. The structure of tender committee in federal executive body in case of which according to article 20 of the Federal Law of April 4, 2005 N 32-FZ "About Public chamber of the Russian Federation" the public council is formed and also in executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation under which according to regulatory legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation the public council is formed, along with persons specified in part 8 of this Article joins representatives of the specified public councils. Total number of these representatives and independent experts shall make at least one quarter of total number of members of tender committee.";
Article 48 to add 2) with part of 10.1 following contents:
"10.1. The structure of certifying commission in federal executive body in case of which according to article 20 of the Federal Law of April 4, 2005 N 32-FZ "About Public chamber of the Russian Federation" the public council is formed and also in executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation under which according to regulatory legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation the public council is formed, along with persons specified in part 10 of this Article joins representatives of the specified public councils. Total number of these representatives and independent experts shall make at least one quarter of total number of members of certifying commission.".
