About the list of data which shall contain the transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents used as the customs declaration in case of customs declaring of supplies

According to Item 2 of article 364 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed list of data which shall contain the transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents used as the customs declaration in case of customs declaring of supplies.

2. Determine that in case of customs declaring of the supplies moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union on the vehicles of international delivery specified in the subitem 23 of Item 1 of article 4 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union or moved on the vehicles which are temporarily exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and imported back on this territory specified in Item 2 of article 340 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union for which such supplies, with use as the customs declaration of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents are intended:

a) in case of absence in such documents of the data specified in the list approved by this Decision, missing data are entered by the customs applicant by amendment of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents with putting down of the signature and date or by submission of the corresponding written application in 2 copies;

b) submission of the electronic copy of the customs declaration is not required.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
