About single forms of the certificate of conformity and declaration of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and rules of their registration

1. Approve enclosed:

single form of the certificate of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union and rule of its registration;

single form of the declaration of conformity to requirements of technical reglamentayevraziysky economic union and rule of its registration.

2. Declare invalid the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 N 896 "About Single document forms about assessment (confirmation) of compliance (the declaration of conformity to technical regulations of the Customs union, the certificate of conformity to technical regulations of the Customs union)".

3. Determine that till July 1, 2014 application of the Single document forms about assessment (confirmation) of compliance approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 N 896 is allowed.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
