About Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union are established

According to article 3 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and article 13 of the Agreement on the single principles and rules of technical regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of November 18, 2010 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union are established.

2. Determine that import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which technical regulations of the Customs union provide assessment of conformity in the form of state registration is performed according to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 N 299 "About application of sanitary measures in custom union".

3. Recognize invalid:

the paragraph the fifth Item 1 and Item 6 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 N 319 "About technical regulation in custom union";

paragraph two of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 8, 2010 N 491 "About modification of regulatory legal acts of the Commission of the Customs union in the field of technical regulation".

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
