after Item 2 to add with new Items 3, 4 such contents:
"3. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol:
provide production of seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate to notaries public till January 1, 2013;
provide control over the implementation of item 4 of this order, and also preserving in head departments of justice in process of production of seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate of prints of seals of the sample approved by this order.
4. To private notaries to make in accordance with the established procedure seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate till January 1, 2013".
