Article 1

Part the second Article 57 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 31, Art. 3823; 2004, N 34, Art. 3535; 2005, N 52, Art. 5572; 2006, N 50, Art. 5279; 2007, N 1, Art. 28; 2117) to add N 18, of the Art. with the paragraph of the following content:

"payment for removal of prohibition on reconstruction, construction of buildings, structures, constructions on the parcel of land - according to the standard rate of 100 percent.".

Article 2

Bring in the Land code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 44, Art. 4147; 2004, N 41, Art. 3993; 2005, N 1, Art. 15; N 30, of Art. 3128; 2007, N 1, Art. 24; N 21, of the Art. 2455) following changes:

Item 9 of article 22 after the words "the lessee of the parcel of land has the right" to add 1) with words "if other is not established by the Federal Laws,", the words "4 and 5" shall be replaced with words "5 and 6";
