Make change to paragraph two of Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 02, 2012 for No. 489/20802, having added it after words and figures "except Item 5.11 of Chapter 5, of subitem 5.12.5 with" words and figures ", paragraphs of the first - the ninth, eleventh - the twenty fifth subitem 5.12.6 of Item 5.12 of Chapter 5".
2. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 02, 2012 for No. 489/20802, such changes:
2.1. ІІІ to state the subitem "v" of Item 3.3 of the Section in such edition:
"c) lack of code according to the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine of the claimant and the debtor (for legal entities) is allowed if the legislation of the country in the territory of which the legal entity is registered, does not provide assignment to the legal entity of such code;".
2.2. ІІІ to add Item 3.3 of the Section with the new subitem "ґ" such content:
"ґ) registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or series and passport number can not be specified in resolutions on cases on administrative offenses which are taken out on site making of offense or without participation of person".
