About approval of Changes to User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment

1. Approve Changes to User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of July 25, 2006 No. 258, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2006 for No. 1143/13017 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of February 13, 2012 No. 91) which are applied.

2. To the director of the department of power industry (Low-flow S. Ya.) in the procedure established by the legislation to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Cech S. M.

Changes to User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment

1. In Item 1.6 of the Section І shall be replaced with words the words "according to requirements of the legislation the central executive body on the state energy supervision and Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine" "within the powers conferred by the legislation the State inspectorate for energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy and other executive bodies".

2. In the Section ІІ:

after the paragraph of the eighth to add the Section with new paragraphs the ninth and tenth the following content:
