1. Bring in the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on development, testing, production, operation of carrier rockets, spacecrafts and their components, land complex of control of spacecrafts and its components approved by the order of National space agency of Ukraine of July 16, 2010 No. 222, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 2010 for No. 740/18035 (with changes), such change:

in the paragraph the second Item 2.3 of the Section ІІ to replace the word of "fifteen" with the word of "ten".

2. To provide to department of space production infrastructure and cooperation:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

publication of this order in mass media after the introduction it in action.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the State space agency of Ukraine the Drought S. O.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
