Bring in the Instruction about interaction of law enforcement agencies in the field of fight against organized crime approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine of June 10, 2011 No. 317/235, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 07, 2011 for No. 822/19560, such change:
Item 7.2. state in such edition:
"7.2. Exchange of operational information between special divisions on fight against organized crime of law-enforcement bodies and the Security Service of Ukraine during joint actions is performed in the presence of operational search case on the written order of heads of the relevant special divisions, in case of implementation of criminal proceedings - the head of relevant organ of pre-judicial investigation".
2. (Koryak V.V.) to provide to head department on fight against organized crime submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
