About modification of the Procedure for informing the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance on cases of detention of persons

Bring in the Procedure informing the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance on cases of detention of persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1363 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 101, Art. 3719; 2012, No. 43, the Art. 1668, No. 71, the Art. 2870), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2:
the paragraph one to state in such edition:
"2. Immediately after the actual detention of person the authorized official of the subject of submission of information who performed detention, reports by means of telephone, fax connection, e-mail or through complex information and analytical system of ensuring provision of free legal assistance (further - system) to the relevant center for provision of free secondary legal assistance (further - the center for assistance) taking into account requirements of part five of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" and article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine" such data:";
to add paragraph two after the words "middle name" with the words "and birth date";
add Item with the paragraph of such content:
"The official of the subject of submission of information responsible for stay of detainees shall check observance of requirements of this Procedure and in case of non-realization of the message about to zaderzhaniiosushchestvit it independently.".
