Bring in the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2007 No. 1314 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007 No. 86, Art. 3168; 2009 No. 87, Art. 2940; in 2011 No. 35, the Art. 1451), the following changes:
paragraph one of Item 1 after words "funds (means)" to add with words ", other non-current tangible assets";
the fifth Item 5 to state the paragraph in such edition:
"Write-off of completely amortized fixed assets (means), other non-current tangible assets of the subject of managing which original (overpriced) cost constitutes less than 10 thousand hryvnias is performed according to the decision of the head of such subject according to this Procedure (except for the companies concerning which the decision on privatization is made).".
