1. To add Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764, with the paragraph of the following content:
"For carrying out in 2012 works on capital repairs of rooms (house 28b) of Koncha-Zaspa rest house and house adjoining construction under medical out-patient clinic customers can perform advance payment in the amount of 100 percent of cost of works on the agreement (contract) for term no more than four months.".
