About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning oxides and molybdenum hydroxides and about prolongation of effective period of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of rail cars

Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54):

concerning oxides and molybdenum hydroxides (FEACN CU code 2825 70 000 0) in the amount of 0 percent from customs value;

concerning separate types of rail cars (FEACN CU code 8605 00 000 3) in the amount of 0 percent from customs value till December 31, 2014 inclusive.

2. Bring the following changes in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union:

a) in line item with the FEACN CU code 8605 00 000 3 the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union "8C)" to replace with the reference "17C)";

b) add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 17C of the following content:

"17C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied till 31.12.2014 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
