1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9329; 2005, No. 24, 5/15563; 2009, No. 14, 5/29089; No. 304, 5/30924; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768):
in the paragraph the second Item 5 of the word of "the state social servicing" shall be replaced with words "social servicing";
in Item 6:
in subitem 6.51 of the word "stationary organizations of social servicing and the state organizations, subordinates of Ministry of Labor and social security" shall be replaced with words "the state organizations, subordinates of Ministry of Labor and social security performing stationary social servicing";
add Item with subitems 6.52-6.54 of the following content:
"6.52. develops and approves the provisions establishing procedure for the organization of activities of organizations of social servicing, approximate standard rates of number of their workers, and also regulations of food, providing with clothes, footwear and soft stock in the organizations of social servicing performing stationary social servicing;
