1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 24, 2010 No. 456 "About approval of the Regulations on bases of the organization of disclosure of crimes by law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2011 on No. 105/18843.

2. Criminal investigation department (Paskal V. F.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister of the police colonel general of Black S. P.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of the introduction the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
