About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of management of vocational training

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, the Art. 170):

in the Item:

add subitem 2 with the words "involvement of employers to provision of places for passing of work practice by pupils of professional educational institutions";

state subitem 5 in such edition:

"5) assistance to graduates of general education and professional educational institutions of the state or utility pattern of ownership in employment";

in subitem 8 of the word "professional institutions of education" shall be replaced with words "professional educational institutions";

"minor" to add the subitem 9 after the word with the word to "pupils".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About vocational training" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215; 2003, No. 37, Art. 300; 2004, No. 8, Art. 67; 2008, No. 27-28, of Art. 253; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 5026-VI):

1) in Article 9 part one:

third after the words "the organization of implementation of state policy in vocational training industry" to add the paragraph with the words "development of the development strategy of professionalnotekhnichesky educational institutions";

add with paragraphs of such content:

"the organization and carrying out tenders on substitution of vacant positions of directors of professional educational institutions of the state pattern of ownership and representation by their results of candidates for appointment according to article 24 of this Law;

carrying out certification of directors of professional educational institutions of the state pattern of ownership according to the procedure, established by the central executive body which provides forming of state policy in the field of education;
