About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state regulation and management in the field of transport and road economy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in part one of Article 224 of the word and figure "parts one and third Article 135" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Article 135 paragraph two";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Items 1-6 and 9 of part two of Article 225 of the word "chief of the Main state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety of navigation and its deputies" and "Chief State Registrar of the Fleet of Ukraine and His Deputies" "the head of the central executive body providing realization of state policy in the field of safety on sea and river transport and his deputies, the head of territorial authority of the central executive body providing realization of state policy in the field of safety on sea and river transport and his deputies";

3) in Article 229:

in part one of the word and figure "Article 135 part four" shall be replaced with words also in figures "paragraphs of the sixth and eighth Article 135";

to state Items 1 and 2 of part two in such edition:

"1) on road transport - the head of the central executive body providing realization of state policy on safety issues on the land transport and his deputies, the head of territorial authority of the central executive body providing realization of state policy on safety issues on the land transport and his deputies (parts one, the second, the fourth, fifth and seventh Article 133-1, Article 133-2); the head of carrier who in the procedure established by the legislation provides transport services, his deputies and controllers (Article part three 119, Article part five 133, Article part two 134, paragraphs of the sixth and eighth Article 135);
