According to the Medium-term priority directions of innovative activities of nation-wide level for 2012-2016 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 294, and for the purpose of receipt of the detailed information concerning realization of the strategic priority directions of innovative activities in the medium term I ORDER:

1. Make changes to appendices 9, 10 Procedures for provision of data on the main results of scientific, scientific and technical, innovative activities and in the field of the transfer of technologies approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of January 11, 2012 No. 10, registered on January 30, 2012 for No. 146/20459, having been reworded as follows them which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to the state agency concerning science, innovations and informatization of Ukraine (Seminozhenko V. P.) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of administration (Voroshilovsky O. V.) to make mark in cases of archive.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
