1. Bring in the Procedure and conditions of reception of citizens of Ukraine which live outside Ukraine and foreigners who wish to adopt the child in Ukraine, for giving by them put, Minsotspolitiki approved by the order of Ukraine of November 17, 2011 No. 445, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 06, 2011 for No. 1406/20144, such changes:

in item 4 of the word "since the first Monday of February" shall be replaced with words "from third Monday of January", and words and figures "till November 30" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till December 10".

2. To department of family and children (P.C. Sausage):

2.1. Submit this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Together with Administrative support department (Tarab A. V.) bring this order to permission of the interested diplomatic representatives of the foreign states accredited in Ukraine and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
