About modification and amendments in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding

Based on Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2004 No. 40 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 2, 8/11871; 2011, No. 119, 8/24236; 2012, No. 26, 8/24948), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in part eight of Item 14 and Item 211 of the word "housing and operational service" shall be replaced with words "the organization performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services" in the corresponding number and case;

1.2. in part two of Item 21 and in paragraph three of part one of Item 192 of the word "state registration agency and land cadastre" shall be replaced with words "the territorial organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" in the corresponding case;

1.3. in Item 27 part one to replace the word of "documents" with the word of "sheets";
