The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 40/6 of the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (1998, No. 44-46, of the Art. 318), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (1-1) following content:
"(1-1) Party providing asset construction of real estate shall register investment agreements in construction at territorial cadastral offices within 15 calendar days from the date of their notarial certificate.".
Art. II. - Article 326 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (1-1) following content:
"(1-1) Neregistration at the scheduled time of investment agreements in construction at territorial cadastral offices the party providing asset construction of real estate
attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 150 to 250 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 350 to 500 conventional units.".
