1. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of April 06, 2004 No. 243 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of licenses for implementation of intermediary activities of customs carrier", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 09, 2004 on No. 458/9057.

2. Department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting (Chmeruk M. O.) and Department of the organization of customs control and registration of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Semk S. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine A. I. Myarkovsky and the First Deputy Chairman of the A.N State Customs Service. Dorokhovsky.
