Bring in the Federal Law of June 24, 1999 N 120-FZ "About bases of system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 26, Art. 3177; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; N 49, of Art. 4849; 2007, N 30, Art. 3808; 2011, N 49, Art. 7056) following changes:
1) in Item 1 of Article 4 of the word "formed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation" to exclude;
Article 11 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 11. Commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights
1. The commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights are created in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the subject of the Russian Federation, for the purpose of coordination of activities of bodies and organizations of system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors according to the prevention of neglect, homelessness, offenses and antisocial actions of minors, identification and elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting it, ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors, social and pedagogical rehabilitation of the minors which are in socially dangerous provision, to identification and suppression of cases of involvement of minors in making of crimes and antisocial actions. The procedure of activities of the commission on cases of minors and protection of their rights is determined by the legislation of the subject of the Russian Federation.
