The court of Eurasian economic community (further - Court of Community) is created according to articles 3 and 8 of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 (further - the Agreement) for the purpose of ensuring uniform application with state members (further according to the Party) Eurasian economic community (further respectively - EurAsEC or Community) Agreements and other international treaties and decisions made by bodies of EurAsEC existing within EurAsEC, consideration of the disputes of economic nature arising between the Parties concerning implementation of the international treaties and decisions of bodies of EurAsEC existing within EurAsEC on which makes explanations, and also the conclusions.
2. The organization, procedure for activities, competence of Court of Community are determined by this Statute.
