According to Item 15 parts three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of functioning of the natural gas market", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1059, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Standard agreement on storage (pumping, storage, selection) of natural gas which is applied.
2. To subjects of managing which perform activities based on the license for the right of carrying out economic activity for storage of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields, to bring the contractual relations into accord with requirements of the Standard agreement of storage (pumping, storage, selection) of natural gas.
3. To provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
