1. Approve the Procedure for preparation and advanced training of persons obliged to provide the domeditsinsky help which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of preparation and advanced training of persons who according to the service duties shall own knowledge and practical skills of provision of the domeditsinsky help (further - preparation and advanced training).
2. Preparation and advanced training are carried out for the purpose of acquisition by persons who according to the service duties shall provide the domeditsinsky help, knowledge and practical skills on provision of such help to persons who are in medical emergency.
3. Preparation and advanced training are carried out based on educational and training departments of the legal entities irrespective of form of business performing activities according to the legislation on education for the programs, the corresponding procedures for rendering the domeditsinsky help approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of March 9, 2022 No. 441.
4. Legal entities irrespective of form of business based on whom preparation and advanced training are carried out shall meet for the level of material logistics and training of teachers the requirements approved by MON.
