About the standard rate of arrival of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care to the place of event

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the emergency medical care" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) addresses concerning provision of the emergency medical care according to single telephone number of the emergency medical care 103 or according to single telephone number of system of the emergency help to the population 112 depending on condition of the patient are divided on emergency and not emergency according to appendix;

Standard rates of arrival of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care to the place of event according to addresses which belong to category of emergency constitute 2) in the cities - 10 minutes, in settlements behind city boundaries - 20 minutes from the moment of receipt of the address to the dispatcher of operational and dispatching service of the center of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes.

The specified standard rates taking into account weather conditions, seasonal features, epidemiological situation and road condition can be exceeded, but no more than for 10 minutes.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

Criteria of distribution of addresses depending on the patient's condition on emergency and not emergency

1. Addresses concerning the patient who is in medical emergency, which belong to category of emergency:

1) is followed:

consciousness loss;

spasms;

sudden disorder of breath;

sudden pain in heart;
