1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the emergency medical care to persons detained or which imposes custodial sanction which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

1. The emergency medical care is provided to persons detained or which imposes custodial sanction (further - person) by health workers of the corresponding institution of health care of the Public criminal and executive service, and in case of impossibility of provision of such help in complete of objemebrigady emergency (fast) medical care (further - crew) the center of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes of administrative and territorial unit in the territory of which the organization of execution of punishments or the pre-trial detention center is located, according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the emergency medical care".
2. The administration of organization of execution of punishments or the pre-trial detention center where person contains, provides immediate challenge of crew in case of adoption of such decision by the health worker of institution of health care of the Public criminal and executive service.
