The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Standard rules of placement of outdoor advertizing outside settlements which are applied.

2. Determine what the approvals of placement of advertizing media within strip of assignment of highways outside settlements issued to the introduction in operation of this resolution is valid before the termination of term of their action.

Standard rules of placement of outdoor advertizing outside settlements

1. These Standard rules govern the relations which arise in connection with placement of outdoor advertizing outside settlements.

2. In these Standard rules terms are used in such value:

permission to placement of outdoor advertizing outside settlements (further - permission) - the document of the established form issued to the distributor of outdoor advertizing based on the order of the head of the Regional State Administration, and in the territory of the Autonomous Republic Krymrasporyazheniya of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea which are granted the right to placement of outdoor advertizing during certain term in certain place;

information databank - the automated directory system intended for accumulating of data on the locations of advertizing means, plans of their placement, registration of statements, issue (refusal in issue, renewal, issue of the duplicate, cancellation) permissions to placement of external advertizing outside settlements;

the location of advertizing means - the external surface area of construction, special temporary and stationary designs on the open area, within strip of assignment of highways, over the carriageway of such roads, the area of the taken-away territory on the open area which are located outside the settlement and are provided to the distributor of outdoor advertizing in temporary use by the owner or the body (person) authorized by it;
