1. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to perform state regulation of cost of hotel servicing in the territory of Krasnodar Krai during the periods of holding the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and also during the periods of holding the actions provided by terms of agreement. At the same time the cost of hotel servicing established by the Government of the Russian Federation is determined proceeding from categories of the hotels or other means of placement which underwent classification according to the procedure, established by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body.
