To chiefs of customs authorities
We inform that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.11.2012 No. 1081 "About modification and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" from 04.12.2012 changes to the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.05.2012 No. 450 became effective (further - the Provision).
The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.11.2012 No. 1081 and the comparative table to it No. 11.1/7 12.2/13500-EP is finished to customs authorities for management in work as the letter of State Customs Service of 30.11.2012.
Considering the changes made to the Provision, we pay attention to the following.
1. Before entering into the Procedure for filling of customs declarations on the form of the single administrative document approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of 30.05.2012 No. 651, registered in Ministry of Justice 14.08.2012 for No. 1372/21684, of corresponding changes concerning filling of additional declarations in case of customs payment in case of prolongation of term of temporary import of goods with conditional partial release from the taxation, such prolongation is performed with execution of the sheet of adjustment according to the Procedure for execution of the sheet of adjustment approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of 06.11.2012 No. 1145, registered in Ministry of Justice 28.11.2012 for No. 1995/22307.
According to the website of the Official Bulletin of Ukraine edition, the order of the Ministry of Finance of 06.11.2012 No. 1145 21.12 will be published. 2012, in this connection will take effect from 24:00 21.12.2012.
2. Taking into account practice of application of types of the declarations provided by the Qualifier of types of declarations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of 20.09.2012 No. 1011, appendix 1 to the letter of State Customs Service of 26.09.2012 No. 11.1/1.2-12.2/10785-EP to state in edition which is applied.
3. Until settlement of transfer to the State Tax Administration of Ukraine by means of informatsionnotelekommunikatsionny systems of electronic customs declarations and messages on the actual commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of Ukraine according to Provision Item 32, in case of the address of customs applicants or authorized by them persons to provide provision of messages on the actual commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of Ukraine according to electronic customs declarations according to Provision Item 31 with use of copies of the drawn-up electronic customs declarations on paper.
