"4.41. performs organizational and methodological ensuring creation and maintaining the Unified register of state-owned property, is its owner, creates and keeps the Unified register of state-owned property regarding the information about republican, utility legal entities, including the state bodies and the state organizations, economic societies created in the course of privatization and privatization of the objects which are in the state-owned property, open joint stock companies created in the course of transformation republican and municipal unitary enterprises, republican state public associations to which the state-owned property is transferred to free use, economic societies (partnerships) of the share (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and (or) administrative and territorial units and are in operational management, economic maintaining republican, utility legal entities, including state bodies and the state organizations, and also legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and physical persons by which real estate is leased or free use, coordinates work of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, Gorispolkoms (cities of regional subordination) and district executive committees on forming and maintaining the Unified register of state-owned property, keeps the state register of concession treaties (is his holder), will organize registration of concession treaties by Fund of state-owned property and issues to the parties of the concession treaty the document on its registration.";

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2013.
