Bring in the Regulations on features of the mode of working hours and time of rest of the separate employee categories of rail transport which are directly connected with train service and servicing of passengers, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2009 No. 18 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 81, 8/20653), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. to state part one of Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. For workers of separate professions and positions (persons on duty on railway stations, chiefs of railway stations and acceptance inspectors of load and baggage on the sites equipped with centralized traffic control, automatic lock-out and semi-automatic lock-out, employees of farms of the alarm system and communication, ways, electric utility service, recovery and fire rescue trains, conductors on maintenance of loads and special cars) watches according to the procedure and conditions determined by the employer are established.";
