Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of monthly money payment to Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and to complete gentlemen of award of Glory approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2005 N 788 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 52, by the Art. 5750), and the Rules of implementation of monthly money payment to Heroes of Socialist Work and to complete gentlemen of award of Labour Glory approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 24, 2006 N 518 (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 35, the Art. 3764).

1. In Rules of implementation of monthly money payment to Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and to complete gentlemen of award of Glory:
a) state Items 7 and 8 in the following edition:
"7. Heroes and complete gentlemen of award of Glory have the right to establishment of monthly money payment since January 1 of the year following after year of filing of application about establishment of monthly money payment and till December 31 of year in which Hera or the complete gentleman of award of Glory will file the declaration of abandonment of receipt of monthly money payment.
