for the period before the entry into force for the states of Agreement parties about the free trade area concluded on October 18, 2011 in St. Petersburg.

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Goods which nomenclature is given in Appendix 1 to the this Protocol are excluded from free trade regime and assessed with the Tajik side import duties by their delivery from customs area of Ukraine to customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Goods which nomenclature is given in Appendix 2 to the this Protocol are excluded from free trade regime and assessed with the Ukrainian side export duties by their delivery from customs area of Ukraine to customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Article 2

Each of the Parties provides on goods which nomenclature is given in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 to the this Protocol which are excluded from free trade regime at the request of other Party information about:

- the customs duties, taxes and fees levied in case of their export / import including methods of collection of duties, taxes and fees;

- the provisions concerning customs clearance of their transit, transportation, warehousing, overload and other similar services;

- methods and payment types;

- to issue of export certificates.
